Strava summit download other users gpx files

Which pack lets you download Gpx files. I can't seem to see it listed under any summit pack descriptions (or did) to download other people’s routes/activities. I feel discouraged to comment on friends' activities because I don't want a trail of notifications from other people commenting it. If the athlete wants to answer to my comment personally, they can still tag my name in the comment, and I will get notified for that mention, but not for any other generic comment.
