App says its downloaded but isnt

If you visit on the bltadwin.ru website the listing of an app you installed on any of your past or present Android devices, the app is shown as installed even if you uninstalled it or no longer have the device. If you’re having trouble with an app you downloaded from the App Store, try downloading another free app to see if the same problem occurs. If it doesn’t, then the problem may be related to the app itself, and not your device. This would at least suggest the problem isn’t on your end. Delete and re-install the app. Open the Settings app. Scroll down and tap Home Screen. Select Add to Home Screen and a blue checkmark will appear next to it. From now on, newly installed apps will show up on your Home screen. Any apps that were auto-hidden before you changed this setting will still be hidden. To unhide them, you can move them back from App Library individually.
